Upcoming Events in your Community

AAHC members chose to define the “Athens Area” as within an hour drive of Athens, GA.

Are you a local event organizer and want to know how to add an event to the calendar? Submit your local horse event here OR sign up for a Business Membership for $9 per month and add/manage your own events on the AAHC calendar! Your membership support means AAHC can continue to help the local horse community grow – we want green space for horses here in Athens for many generations to come.

AAHC Rides Events

AAHC is proud to partner with volunteers to bring you a series of trail rides at the Historic Farm at Indian Creek (formerly Steadfast Farm) near Hoschton, GA. 685 acres of rolling hills with trails through old growth forest and native grassland, these trail rides are not to be missed. Come ride land that has been continually farmed since the 1940’s!

We are looking at dates in October, December, and February and are considering poker rides, hunter paces, and more! Want to stay informed about the opportunity to ride at this gorgeous historic farm? Click the link and fill out the form.
